ServerBid grew out of Adzerk, an infrastructure platform for building your own ad server. Working with large publishers doing RTB, Adzerk saw the need for streamlined header bidding tools.
And thus, ServerBid was born, to shift header bidding to the cloud and decrease setup pain and page latency.
ServerBid’s team is composed of ad tech veterans, including its president, Paolo DiVincenzo, whose company Arcametrics was acquired by MediaMath in 2014. The team has additional experience at tech companies like Windsor Circle, Merkle, Fiksu, Bidtellect, iContact, and, of course, Adzerk.
